Stainless steel eccentric clamps are used for quick clamping and releasing. In contrast to clamping via a thread, they allow torque-free clamping. The lever is designed in such a way that the clamping movement of the lever is not possible beyond the max. clamping force. There are no loose individual parts, rather all elements are connected to each other in the correct position. Clamping forces of up to 8 kN can be achieved with eccentric clamps. Form A offers the following advantages: The distance between the lifting eccentric and the clamping surface is adjustable via a fine thread. This makes it easy to set the clamping position with the maximum clamping force. At the same time, the position of the lever in relation to the clamping axis can also be determined. In order to achieve max. clamping forces, the clamping surface is lightly greased.
