Excellent for surface structuring of large-surface workpieces. Steel wire is the most common fill material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface finishing and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile and bending fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire as well as a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire withstands temperatures up to 300 °C. The fill material of this brush is a stranded wire (LIT). This is a stranded, brass-plated steel wire. Due to the special wire arrangement, this version with stranded wire trim is particularly suitable for heavy brushing work and enables aggressive brushing.
