What are locking pins?
If you use a base plate and a screw-on plate for the manufacture of your products, the use of our locking pins is well suited to connect these two plates with each other in a functional way. You first insert the locking pin into the plate that is to be screwed to the base plate. If you see the thread of the locking pin on the other side, it is correctly inserted. Then place the base plate and turn the locking pin until the two plates are connected. To secure the construction, secure the side with the thread with a lock nut.
Where are locking pins used?
Locking pins play a decisive role in all areas of fastening technology. They are suitable for connecting various components that are used in plant construction and mechanical engineering, for example. Depending on the selected variant (e.g., with ring, mushroom handle, L-handle or as a ball locking pin), they can also perform a valuable service in other production areas. We offer our locking pins, for example, as ball locking pins with L-handle or as clamping locking pins with mushroom handle. The ball locking bolt with L-handle is lockable. The clamping locking pins with mushroom handle can be used for fixing or locking.
