To overcome the dead center position or to compensate for workpiece tolerances, elastic pressure elements are preferably used with manually operated quick-action clamps. Pressure screws with the disk spring pressure element not only make it possible to compensate for workpiece tolerances, but the respective clamping force can also be preset. To do this, the preload of the disk springs is changed using the hexagon head screw (SW). The screw-in depth s is a measure of the preload or clamping force, which can be read off the diagram. The pressure element is movable. The two hexagon nuts are included in the scope of delivery.
