Halder - Wedge clamping segments, single wedge, clamping jaw flat, on both sides
Available in 4 variations
Wedge clamping segments are particularly suitable for horizontal and vertical multiple clamping. The wedge clamps have a compact design and thus enable clamping without interfering contours.
Material
Base body
- Tool steel, hardened, bright
Screw
- Tempered steel, grade 12.9
Spring
- Spring steel wire
- NBR (O-ring)
Clamping jaws
- Tool steel, hardened, burnished and ground
Mounting
Mounting possible in threaded hole or with nut for T-slots for horizontal or vertical multiple clamping.
Operation
By screwing in the clamping screw, the two clamping jaws move outwards and press the workpieces against a fixed stop. In the double wedge version, a vertical clamping force is also achieved. Displacement of the wedge clamping segments at M 5 = ±0.5, M 8 = ±0.5, M 12 = ±1 and M 16 = ±1.5.
