Clamping latch with ball handle, angled, clamping upwards, steel

Product information "Clamping latch with ball handle, angled, clamping upwards, steel"
Clamping bolts have a circular wedge surface. They enable fast and secure clamping and releasing with a relatively large adjustment range and high clamping force. Due to the small pitch angle (wedge angle), the clamping bolt is self-locking. The ball handles of types KV and GV are positively connected to the spiral eccentric via a serration. During assembly, the position of the lever can therefore be fixed in a clamping position that is favorable to the spiral eccentric. The screw bolt and thrust washer (see design information) are matched so that the clamping bolt can be turned easily after tightening. The use of the thrust washer means that no special requirements are placed on the design of the threaded hole, meaning that it can also be fastened to tables with T-slots, for example. Clamping bolts offer the advantage that they can be rotated out of the clamping area after loosening. The use of ball clamping screws 05001162000 with a flattened ball is recommended in conjunction with clamping bolts.
