Clamping plates are used in conjunction with position indicators. Commercially available hole patterns can be covered via the mounting holes. Spindles can be clamped and thus secured after adjustment in a simple manner and without great design and assembly effort. At the same time, the plates are provided with a Ø 6.1 bore to accommodate the torque support of the position indicator. The clamping plate can be mounted so that the position of the clamping lever is either left or right.
