Damping discs are designed as accessories for slotted adjusting rings and are attached by means of adhesive foil, preferably on the grooveless adjusting ring side. They absorb light impacts and reduce noise when the adjusting rings come into contact with other components. In general, the damping discs can be glued to all suitable and clean surfaces after removing the protective film. Slotted stainless steel adjusting rings are generally offered with mounted damping disks.
