Stainless steel threaded clamping rings correspond to slotted adjusting rings in terms of their external dimensions. The bore, however, is provided with an internal thread so that the clamping ring can be screwed on like a nut, for example on a spindle thread, in order to limit the adjustment travel or the screw-in depth. Clamping is then achieved by reducing the slot height without damaging the thread. The thread d3 is designed as a through hole for sizes d1 = 20 to 32, and as a blind hole for sizes d1 = 42 and larger.
