Stainless steel indexing plungers are provided with a T-handle instead of the round knob. This shape provides visual orientation with regard to the detent position for shape C and is advantageous when greater unlocking forces occur. Form C is used when the detent pin should not protrude temporarily. For this purpose, the knob is turned by 90° after the pin has been retracted. The knob is held in this position by a detent notch.
