The static load capacity of the swivel feet is limited by the permissible load capacity of the swivel ball with adjusting spindle (material 1.4305). The values given in the table are based on a pure compressive load perpendicular to the joint foot. The additional bending and buckling stresses which frequently occur in practice lead to a reduction in the load capacity of the adjustment spindle and must be taken into account accordingly. Swivel feet cannot be dismantled.
