The bonded damping washer of the slotted adjusting rings absorbs light impacts and has a noise-reducing effect when the adjusting rings come into contact with other components. They can be mounted easily and safely with strong clamping force by reducing the slot height without damaging the surface of shafts and axles. The thread d3 is designed as a through hole for sizes d1 = 30 to 36, and as a blind hole from size d1 = 42.
