Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply: 

The products are delivered all over the world. 

Dispatch costs (excl. VAT) 

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

 Standard shipping DE: 10,90 € 
 Express delivery DE: 32,50 € 
 Bulky goods surcharge DE: 30,00 €
 From an order value of 200,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost. 

In case of deliveries to the German Islands, an island surcharge of 30,00 € is charged on the dispatch costs. 

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
120,00 €/ Euro pallet
Bulky goods surcharge DE: 30,00 €
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description. 

Deliveries to foreign countries: 

Standard shipping EU: 21,50 €
Standard shipping None-EU-countries: 61,50 €
Bulky goods surcharge EU: 30,00 € 

If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
160,00 €/ Euro pallet
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Further details on payment 

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract. 

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days. 

Special agreements related to the offered payment methods 

Validity check 

If we pay in advance, e.g. when paying an invoice or a debit note, your data will be forwarded to Creditreform, Maximilianstrasse 46, 75172 Pforzheim, for a validity check using a mathematical-statistic process in order to safeguard our authorised interests. We reserve the right to reject the mode of payment of an invoice or debit note on the basis of the results of the validity check. 

Payment via "Mollie" 

If you select a payment method offered via "Mollie", the payment will be processed via the payment service provider Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, The Netherlands; "Mollie"). The individual payment methods via "Mollie" will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our website as well as in the online ordering process. "Mollie" may use other payment services for payment processing; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately.
