With snap-in slides, recurring positions along a square construction tube can be approached easily and quickly. The bores required for Form R or counterbores for Form D can either be inserted by the user in accordance with the design note or purchased as construction tubes completely machined with detent bores. The clamping screws are DIN 912 hexagon socket head screws in the standard version. They can be replaced by clamping lever sets (for ordering designation, see dimension table) if the slide clamping is to be carried out quickly and without tools. Centering bushings in the through holes eliminate axial play between the lower and upper parts of the detent slides. Detent slides are supplied with detent bolt (form R) or spring-loaded thrust piece (form D) enclosed loose. Form G with thread is universally suitable for specific applications.
