Safety handwheels with rotating handle, fixed bearing flange

Product information "Safety handwheels with rotating handle, fixed bearing flange"
Safety handwheels are characterized by maximum accident safety, as the handwheel is mounted on a fixed part, the bearing flange, when disengaged. The wheel is completely separated from the rotating shaft. The bearing flange can also support the shaft via the bearing bush (code number 1). This bearing bush is a dry bearing (DU bush). As a rule, however, the shaft is supported separately and the bearing bush is used to center the bearing flange. This centering can also be performed by a centering ring (code number 2) if a corresponding hole is provided on the machine side. In this case, the bearing bushes can be omitted and bearing friction (heating) does not occur.
