Stainless steel roller guides with internal travel path

Stainless steel roller guides are usually installed in pairs in a horizontal position vertically (as shown) or vertically. They are used when simple, linear movements are to be executed, e.g. in automation technology or in vehicle and machine construction. In conjunction with the roller runners, which are matched backlash-free to the guide rails, the best possible travel characteristics can be achieved with low maintenance at the same time. The system is ready for use immediately after inserting the roller runner. The roller guides consist of a track, one or two roller runners and the selected number of end stops. The delivery is unassembled. The track can be installed on the left or right side of the application as required. When installing the roller runners, the direction in which the load is taken up (marking notch) must be taken into account. The lubrication and maintenance instructions must be observed.
