The DDTS telescopic slides offer a standard 200% extension. By using high-strength I-beams, the guide maintains stiffness in demanding applications where the travel exceeds the closed length by twice as much.

The ball-bearing telescopic slide, made of 5 cold-drawn steel profiles, is characterized by high precision and excellent shock and vibration resistance when carrying a static load in the closed position. Therefore, the slide is well-suited for installation in vehicles and trains. The telescopic slide is designed in the proven I-beam format, offering low overall height with high load capacity.
Even in the extended state, this slide is highly durable and is therefore excellent for dynamic applications with high loads and torques with minimal deflection. Other variants can be produced with alternative closed lengths, extensions, fastening systems, surface treatments, and ball bearings.
The slides are made from cold-drawn steel C45E+C according to EN 10277. The standard ball cages are made of galvanized sheet metal, and the ball bearings are made of carbon steel C85 G100 according to DIN 5401.
Load capacities:
The telescopic slides offer a high level of load capacity and compact dimensions. The maximum load capacity is specified for fully extended slide pairs installed in the main axis direction and with the load evenly distributed over the inner slide.
