A rotational movement limited to 90°, e.g. of the triangular handle in form DK, brings the bolt to lie behind the frame, whereby the run-up bevels on the bolt make it easier to close the door. A range A of 4 to 50 mm can be covered by different cranked deadbolts. Locks with handle shell are supplied with a loose bolt.
